Camden Cycling Campaign

These maps are based on the Google Maps Application Programming Interface ('the Google maps element') with an additional interface ('the cycle map interface) developed by members of the Camden Cycling Campaign ('CCC') with specific data ('the cycling data') added by CCC and other parts of the London Cycling Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, anything which is not contained in either the Google maps element or the cycling data is deemed to be within the cycle map interface.

By viewing or using these maps in any way you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions:

1. The conditions of use of the Google Maps element is governed by Google Maps Terms and Conditions.
2. The cycle map interface and its underlying computer code is copyright of CCC.
3. The cycling data is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.0 UK: England & Wales License.
4. No express or implied representation is made as to the reliability or accuracy of any of the cycle map interface or cycling data and no liability is accepted for any loss howsoever caused by reliance in any way on anything herein.
5. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in any way from the cycle map interface and cycling data.
